Preparing To Breastfeed - Explore the Course

What We’ll Cover

✓ What to expect in the early days of breastfeeding

How to identify a deep latch

✓ Feeding cues and normal newborn feeding patterns

✓ Signs that your baby is getting enough milk

✓ Common early challenges and when to seek support

This class is meant to give you a strong starting point and practical guidance you can come back to as needed.

A gentle reminder: breastfeeding can be natural, but that does not always mean it comes easily.

Every parent-baby pair is different, and feeding journeys can look different from one family to the next. Take what is helpful, give yourself grace, and remember that support is available when you need it.
