I’m a pediatric occupational therapist and a mom, and I specialize in infant and early childhood development—including the routines and rhythms that support healthy sleep.
I’ve worked with many families who feel unsure about sleep—what’s normal, how to build a routine, and how to navigate the changes that come with each stage.
Sleep doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or like something you have to “get perfect.”
